Architecture & Construction

House Planning in Amritsar

A house plan starts with your plot and how you want to live. From our Amritsar studio, we help homeowners work through room sizes, circulation, parking, daylight and the relationship between floors before construction begins.

Danish Seth, our CoA-registered Principal Architect, leads the design work. Bring your site location, approximate dimensions and requirements; finished drawings are not needed for the first conversation. Design-only appointments and planning within a turnkey project are scoped separately.

Types of architecture planning we deliver

Site analysis & zoning

Topography, sun path, wind direction, setbacks and FAR study.

Space planning

Functional layouts that maximise usable area without sacrificing flow.

Building code compliance

Planning checks and submission documentation for the applicable requirements. Approval depends on the site, proposal and responsible authority.

Sustainable design

Passive cooling, daylight, rainwater harvesting and solar-ready roofs.

Homeowner deliverables

Agree which plans, sections, elevations, working drawings and consultant coordination your appointment includes.

Our process

  1. 1Site visit or topographical survey review.
  2. 2Brief workshop and budget alignment.
  3. 3Concept layouts reviewed against your room requirements, circulation and budget.
  4. 4Develop the agreed design into the drawing package included in your appointment.
  5. 5Confirm submission requirements, consultant responsibilities and any authority fees separately. Approval rests with the responsible authority.

Before we quote

Share your location, approximate area, requirements and investment range. We confirm drawings, consultant and approval responsibilities, materials, execution scope, fees and exclusions before appointment.

Turnaround

Design milestones are agreed after reviewing the site, drawing scope and required inputs. Authority review time is separate.
